The leader of services and distribution of machines and ancillary equipment.
We understand that you have a job to do, and our job is to make yours easier.
For us, it’s not about the machines. It’s about the people who stand behind them.
We offer a variety of interactive and hands-on training courses, providing educational opportunities for every level of programmer and machine operator, all in the name of driving efficiency and enhancing your operational capabilities. Each of our courses can be customized to meet your needs, covering subjects like the Haas Control, CAM Programming, VPS & IPS Templates, Machine Set-Up, Fixtures & Work-Holding, tooling selection, calculating Speeds & Feeds, Probes and Probing Cycles, and so much more.
Our instructors are machining experts, with advanced knowledge of your CNC equipment, who will tailor each course to enhance your knowledge of proper machine set-up, programming, operation, and machine maintenance.
Our Haas Controller Training Course will teach you how to set-up your machine, application, and process, through this interactive training course. The class will teach you how to perform a proper Machine Set-up and will cover all aspects of entering Tool & Work Offset Data, how to navigate the screens and pages of your CNC Control and help you gain mastery of your machining processes. The focus will be on learning how to safely and efficiently set-up the machining center with hands-on demonstrations and practice.
In these Haas-specific Courses, we train you how to create NC Programs, using the Haas Templates for IPS, VPS, and/or VQC functions for your Haas machine. The focus of this class is learning how to efficiently program your Haas, using these Template Programs to program each Operation, and how to combine each sequential operation into a complete NC Program to machine your part.
Our General G-Code Training Course will teach you to speak the language your machine speaks – known as “G-Code” – which control every aspect of how your machine moves and cuts metal. Our instructor will teach you how to read and write the CNC codes and programmable functions for your machine, maximizing productivity while minimizing your programming times. The focus of this course is to learn how to read & write simple NC Programs, while also learning how to correct mistakes when they are encountered, by editing your G-Code program.
Our Renishaw Touch Probe & Tool Settings Course will teach you the proper techniques while performing calibration, part set up, and part orientation with a touch trigger probe, while taking control of the application and the process. The focus of the session is on learning how to set up and program the probes to Set Work Offsets in all axes and Set Tool Offsets.
An overview of 4th and 5th axis training, this course covers overcoming issues with additional axis as well as the function of the trunnion and how is operates within the Haas control environment.
The course consists of recommendations for accurate positioning as well as understanding options in set-up and programming bar feeders while turning, for accurate and efficient machining.
Our hybrid courses combine lathe and milling programs, ensuring that machining centers run smoothly while minimizing time spent on programming. These classes can be split evenly between machines or can be tailored to focus on one machine more than the other, depending on the needs of the class.
