Hi- Speed Series special features

  • Spindle with ZF transmission is capable of doing high-speed molding and low-speed high-torque machining.
  • Ram dia. 250mm is the smallest size and with least interference compared to other milling heads of the same level machine.
  • Automatic Head Changer: Milling head clamped by inner power motor.
  • C axis function with 30° milling head can be adjusted to the optimal angle in mold processing anytime.
  • 360° continuous rotating of C axis function makes the processing more flexible.
  • 90° milling head enables of large five-faced machining.
  • Unique balancing design: the headstroke maintains its level in the case of any ram extension.
  • Ram Inner clamp in the front of headstroke increases the rigidity as machining in the case of ram extension.

APC Series- BMC-110R1APC

A high-efficient model with APC can do both the machining on one part and the loading for the next work piece simultaneously, thus increasing its performance.
