GDM - Micro Gun Drilling

This series has been specifically designed to fulfill the drilling needs of very small holes, ranging from Ø1 mm to Ø6 mm. It comes equipped with motorized spindles, high-pressure coolant pumps, and tool breakage monitoring systems as standard features. Depending on the specific needs of the application, there are also a multitude of work holding options.

GVN - Gun Drilling

Precihole’s most popular series can be used in hundreds of applications across a range of industries. Covering a drilling range from Ø2mm to Ø40 mm and accommodating parts up to 1500 mm in length, these machines are designed for 3-shift production mode. They are made to deliver excellent output parameters such as straightness, bore tolerance, and surface finish.

XYGVN - Gun Drilling

This series has been specifically designed to cater to prismatic parts requiring multiple holes on the face. The utilization of CNC controls to interpolate X, Y, and Z-axis movements enables accurate positioning and repeatable hole drilling. The applications of these machines include cooling holes in mold plates, glass molds, and long plates that require through holes.

BVN - BTA Drilling

This heavy-duty series is engineered to be durable and tough enough to handle substantial loads while drilling large holes. It is capable of drilling holes ranging from Ø20 mm to Ø250 mm in solid material, and counterboring up to Ø400 mm. With the ability to accommodate workpiece lengths from 500 mm to 10 m, these machines can be configured with specific features to meet accuracy requirements and suit the type of parts being drilled.

PMTC - Column Type

Exclusively designed for large mold bases and tube sheets, these machines can be configured in gun drilling mode or BTA mode depending on the requirement. It can incorporate 3 to 7 axes of CNC, based on the chosen features.

FCVN - Facing & Centering

Facing, Chamfering, and Centering Machines are specially designed to meet high-volume demands for facing, centering, and chamfering cylindrical shafts at both ends in a single setup. The tool plunges into the workpiece ends and performs all three operations simultaneously, with cycle times typically under 30 seconds. These machines are particularly well-suited for use in the firearm and automotive industries.

PRVN - Pull Reaming

The pull reaming series integrated the high-speed sizing of holes, and results in improved surface finishing and consistency of holes across the length of the part. The primary application of these machines is in the manufacturing of firearms for small-caliber weapon systems.

HHM - Horizontal Honing

Engineered to offer all the essentials required for honing inner diameters (IDs) in cylindrical shafts, these machines can be configured to hone parts ranging from Ø30 mm to Ø400 mm, up to 10 m in length. They are especially suitable for the oil & gas industry, and energy and military sectors.

VHM - Vertical Honing

This versatile series of machines is loaded with the essential features needed to produce superior sizing and surface finishes for a variety of parts across multiple industries. Precihole even offers the required fixing and tooling for sizes ranging from Ø5 mm to Ø40 mm in this series.

SBN - Skiving & Roller Burnishing

This cutting-edge technology combines advanced features to enable the high-speed, high-volume production of hydraulic cylinders. It’s approximately 40 times faster than honing, and delivers the exceptional output parameters required for hydraulic cylinder tubes.

SPM - Special Purpose Machine

TGM - Tool Regrinding Machine

This machine enables users to experience a speedy and precise method for regrinding their gun drills, allowing them to be used multiple times. It is user-friendly and can regrind drills ranging from Ø2 mm to Ø30 in a single setup, all without requiring skilled labor to operate it.
