With a drilling range of 1 mm (0.04’’) to 6 mm (0.25’’) and a maximum part length of 300 mm (12’’), this machine can handle a wide range of medical parts. Additionally, special work holding arrangements on both sides provide an accurate locating and clamping mechanism for parts on the machine, ensuring precision and accuracy during the drilling process.

The tool spindle on this machine can reach speeds of up to 20,000 RPM, providing ample speed for the drilling process. Additionally, the coolant pressure can reach up to 170 bar (2500 psi), ensuring proper evacuation of chips from the part.
