1993

Miranda family incorporates Omira Marketing as a distributor of CNC Machine Tools in a 700 sq.ft. office in Bandra, Mumbai

1993

Miranda family incorporates Omira Marketing as a distributor of CNC Machine Tools in a 700 sq.ft. office in Bandra, Mumbai

2004

The Haas Distribution business is hived off from Omira Marketing to have its distinct identity as Haas Technical Center but still fully owned by the Miranda family

2005

Started a full-fledged technical center of around 8,000 sq.ft. with demo, spare parts storage, training and other facilities at Pune to improve customer support for Haas range of products

2007

Started two other technical centers in Ahmedabad ( 2,500 sq.ft.) and Bhiwadi ( 8,000 sq.ft.) with demo, spare parts storage, training and other facilities to improve customer support for Haas range of products

2008

Started an office in Kharghar (1,500 sq. ft.) to provide more focused back office support

2008

The Haas distribution business under the name of Haas Technical Center was transferred to the largest American Haas distribution company Phillips Corporation. Its 100% owned Indian subsidiary was called CNC Servicing & Solutions India Pvt.Ltd. Added 3 more technical centers to improve service and spare parts support:

Inaugurated Tech Centre in Kolhapur

Inaugurated Tech Centre in Ludhiana

CNC Servicing & Solutions moved to its new, modern & well equipped head-quarters at Navi Mumbai with much bigger demo and spare parts storage facilities. It also houses most of the back office functions for customer support.

2015

Inaugurated Tech Centre in Nasik

PHILLIPS Corporation and Omira Marketing once again came together and increased the product offerings to the customers by transferring the distribution rights of some of the world renowned brands like Hermle, Kent, SHW, etc. to their existing company CNC Servicing & Solutions India Pvt.Ltd.

2016

CNC Servicing & Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. was renamed to “PHILLIPS Machine Tools (I) Pvt. Ltd. to give the company its global identity and associate closely with the corporate umbrella branding of “PHILLIPS”
