Virtuoso Award

The Virtuoso Award is a Partner nominated award given to someone whose performance on a specific project has exceeded expectations and has demonstrated great results. This award recognition can be for:

• Significant impact on strategic goals of Phillips
• Completion of project(s) against tight deadlines and/or significant obstacles
• Significant productivity improvement results from procedural changes or technological innovation
• Work performed outside of normal scope and responsibility (“above and beyond”)
• Accomplishing breakthrough objectives

With Team Leader approval, any Partner can nominate another Partner for a Virtuoso Award! Below are some of Phillips Partners who have received Virtuoso Awards!
