The Phillips Onboarding Process is an overview of the Phillips culture, expectations, and an introduction to the many systems of Phillips. New Partners begin with online paperwork to ensure that all elements such as direct deposit and the Code of Conduct are reviewed and confirmed.
Next, Partners begin orientation with a walk-through of the ins and outs of Phillips Culture! This introduction to the history, foundation, and expectations aids with the understanding of Phillips’ unique systems. During orientation, Partners will learn about how to make SMARTER objectives, how to use MyCDT, and learn about the Brand Ambassador Program! New Partners also take a Harassment Training quiz. This is followed by a Benefits Orientation to give an overview of healthcare and other assistance programs Phillips offers.
