REFLECTION

In order to grow, we need to know where we’ve been. Reflection is an important part of several of Phillips’ unique systems. We take into consideration the progress made thus far, the triumphs and the failures, and the given circumstances before taking our next steps. Reflection helps us see where we currently are versus where we want to be. It’s also important to note, moments of reflection can lead to the acknowledgment and recognition of Partners who can go above and beyond.
