Temperature check Survey

The Phillips Community Exceleration! Team conducts an Annual Partner Temperature Check during the Spring Competency Development Dialogue. The purpose of our Annual Partner Temperature Check is to provide feedback for improvement in all aspects of the company. The information collected is completely anonymous and over the years has resulted in some of our best new ideas being implemented to better Phillips as a whole. There are both quantitative and qualitative questions to encourage expansion on thoughts and feelings for the numeric based scores. Below is an example of what part of the temp check looks like.
