Partner Net Promoter Number
The Partner Net Promoter Number is a way to gauge the customer experience, in this case, the Partner experience within Phillips. During the Annual Partner Temperature Check, Partners are asked a variety of questions that they answer anonymously. One of the overarching measurements is called the PNPN or Partner Net Promoter Number. This is based on a 1-10 scale rating. Answering 0-6 means that Partner is a detractor, 7 to 8 are Passive Partners, and 9 to 10 are Promoters. Then by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, you are left with the Net Promoter Number.

This tool is vastly important for gauging the happiness of our Partners. Final scores can range from -100 to 100. Phillips’ overarching company goal is to have a PNPN of 60 or greater. Below is Alan Phillips explaining our biggest accomplishment in the last 50 years of Phillips Corporation.
