World of Thanks

Every day at Phillips Corporation we see Partners going above and beyond their typical duties and surpassing roadblocks that seemed impassable. Phillips developed a system for Partners to thank other Partners and really recognize them for all that they do. World of Thanks was developed as an online platform to make sure that Partners could thank other Partners and to also have their Team Leaders know about their accomplishments. It is encouraged to use World of Thanks often to send a thank you!
